Aesthetics members receive a primary care membership discount; primary care members receive an aesthetics membership discount. Amounts and eligibility will be confirmed before enrollment.
Membership fees do not replace health insurance. Outside care, tests, prescriptions, and services not included in your plan may have separate charges. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on your plan and the services provided; confirm with your benefits administrator.
No membership payments are being collected before opening.
Memberships have a 12-month commitment. Review our interim cancellation and refund policies. Final written terms will be provided before enrollment.
