Acute & chronic condition management
Get care for a new health concern and follow-up for conditions you’re managing over time. We review symptoms, medications, and next steps so you understand your plan.
Traditional primary care
Traditional primary care is your first point of contact for everyday medical needs. It focuses on preventing illness, diagnosing and treating new concerns, managing ongoing conditions, and keeping screenings, medications, and routine exams up to date. At Good Roots, it comes with time to talk and a provider who gets to know you.
Planned for our Spring 2027 opening. Services, schedules, and pricing will be confirmed before care begins.
Primary care services
Get care for a new health concern and follow-up for conditions you’re managing over time. We review symptoms, medications, and next steps so you understand your plan.
Stay on top of preventive care and the exams you need for school, sports, or work. We offer well visits, school and sports physicals, and DOT physicals. Ask about appointment requirements and any forms to bring.
Discuss oral contraceptive pills (OCPs), Nexplanon, and IUD options based on your preferences and health history. IUD placement with nitrous oxide is available; your clinician reviews suitability and what to expect.
Heavy, irregular, or unexpected bleeding deserves attention. We evaluate your symptoms and discuss testing, treatment options, and referral when needed.
Review how your medication is working, any side effects, and whether your plan needs adjusting. Follow-up helps you stay involved in decisions about your care.
We explain the purpose of recommended laboratory tests and review what the results mean for your care.
Discuss non-opioid options for pain that is affecting your daily life. Joint injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are available for assessment, with recommendations based on the condition being treated, suitability, and expected limitations.
