Integrative Health

What is integrative health?

Integrative health combines conventional medical care with attention to nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and daily habits. It takes a whole-person approach, looking at possible underlying contributors to your health concerns and building a personalized plan together. Our focus is your health span: supporting the years you feel well, stay active, and maintain independence. Testing and supplements are considered when appropriate; they are not required for everyone.

Common questions

Before your appointment

Where do I start?

Start with a consultation to review your health history and the questions you would like to address.

Will I need testing or supplements?

There is no single plan for everyone. Any testing or treatment should be discussed with your clinician before you decide.

Understanding your health

Look at the factors behind your symptoms.

A root-cause approach starts with questions about the factors that may be contributing to how you feel. We consider your history, daily routines, and priorities alongside your exam, rather than assuming every concern has a single explanation.

Whole-person health

Space to discuss physical health, sleep, stress, nutrition, and the way these fit into your life.

Personalized care

An individual plan built around your assessment and preferences, with clear conversations about testing, options, and follow-up.

Nutrition & lifestyle planning

Practical conversations about daily habits, supported by your clinician’s assessment. Fullscript supplements are available to discuss; they are not automatically included in the monthly fee.
