For every position

A positive culture.
A team that feels like family.

A good practice is built by its team, from the roots up.

We’re building a fun, relaxed, family atmosphere where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported by their team.

We’re planning potlucks, cookouts, and fun nights together—simple ways to get to know each other beyond the workday and build a positive workplace culture.

All positions include discounted aesthetic treatments. We want our team to enjoy the care and services they help bring to our clients.

The way we care

Unhurried patient care.
Work you can be proud of.

Our primary care patient panel will be capped at 450, with time built into the schedule to listen, explain, and care for each person well.

450

Our primary care panel cap supports continuity and personal relationships.

60 min

New patient visits

A minimum of 60 minutes for every new patient visit.

30 min

Established patient visits

A minimum of 30 minutes for established patient visits.

60 min

Aesthetic consultations

60-minute aesthetic consultations and good faith exams.

We want every patient to be greeted warmly, treated with respect, and given our attention. The goal is for people to leave remembering your name and how you made them feel—not feeling hurried through an appointment.

Be proud of your job. The way you welcome someone, listen, explain a next step, or follow through can make their visit memorable. We’re building a team that takes pride in those details.

Help patients feel comfortable and keep care moving smoothly across primary care, integrative health, wellness, and aesthetics. Work closely with our clinicians, RN injector, esthetician, and front-office team to prepare visits, support procedures, and make sure patients understand their next steps.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and room patients, confirm identifiers, obtain vital signs and measurements, and document the reason for the visit. Review medications, allergies, and relevant history for clinician confirmation.
  • Prepare charts, examination rooms, supplies, and equipment for acute visits, chronic-condition follow-ups, well visits, school and sports physicals, and other scheduled care. Assist with forms and provide a chaperone when requested.
  • Collect and label specimens, perform blood draws and point-of-care testing when trained and authorized, and coordinate laboratory requisitions, handling, and transport under clinic protocols.

  • Support wellness visits with measurements, body-composition assessments when trained, laboratory coordination, and follow-up logistics. Prepare supplies and assist licensed clinicians with IV or injection visits as assigned.
  • Prepare aesthetic treatment rooms, support intake and consent documentation, and assist with clinical photography only after consent. Help organize treatment supplies and reinforce clinician-approved preparation and aftercare instructions.
  • Enter accurate, timely information in the EHR, help patients access the patient portal, and coordinate referrals, outside records, test scheduling, and follow-up tasks. Route clinical questions and results to the treating provider.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and teammates, recognize concerns that need prompt clinical attention, and escalate them to the appropriate clinician. Follow written protocols and perform only duties supported by your training and authorization.
  • Clean and disinfect rooms and equipment, follow sharps and biohazard procedures, maintain supply and expiration checks, and complete assigned equipment or refrigerator logs.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks, keep the clinical schedule organized, and support front-office coverage when needed. Protect confidential information and help create a calm, welcoming patient experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Medical assistant training or equivalent relevant clinical experience; CMA or RMA certification is preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain it before starting.

  • Strong organization, careful attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and respectful communication about sensitive health concerns.
  • Confidence following clinician direction, infection-control procedures, and patient privacy practices. This support role does not independently diagnose, prescribe, interpret results, or develop treatment plans.
  • Experience in primary care, a medical spa, dermatology, women’s health, or a wellness practice is welcome. An interest in learning across these areas is important.
