No patient forms
This website has no patient intake, account creation, payment, or appointment submission form. Optional forms collect contact details only for the availability updates you request. Do not send medical information through ordinary email.
Local site search
Search terms are used in your browser to filter a local page index. This website code does not send those terms to a search provider or store them.
Fonts and analytics
Brand fonts are hosted with this website. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added. Interest polls and availability requests use a functional cookie, described below.
Hosting and external links
The selected hosting provider may process standard request information. External booking services, if connected later, have their own privacy practices. This notice must be reviewed if integrations change.

Interest & availability requests
What is stored and who can see it.
Anonymous interest buttons store a selected area or treatment with a hash of a random browser identifier. A functional HttpOnly cookie keeps that identifier for up to one year and helps prevent repeat votes from the same browser. Aggregate counts are public; browser identifiers are not published.
If you submit “Notify me when available,” we store your name, email, optional phone number, selected interests, and the consent wording and time. Those details are linked to your browser identifier for managing the request. Contact details are private and available only to the practice’s authorized owner account. They are used to contact you about the selected services, not unrelated promotions. No messages are sent automatically when you submit.
Click a selected interest button to remove a vote. To withdraw a notification request made in this browser, use “Remove my request from this browser” in the form. Removing a vote alone does not cancel a notification request. If you no longer have access to that browser, contact the practice using the contact information when available. Do not submit medical history through these forms.
Clearing cookies or using another browser may allow another selection. Counts indicate interest, not verified unique patients or bookings. Notification requests do not guarantee a treatment launch or reserve an appointment.
